857.S Face shell milling cutter utilizes standard inserts:
- SEEN 53
- SEER 53
It has 45° approach angle and 20° relief angle permits high cutting speed with ISO 50 machines. Heavy roughing and medium operations.
It is suggested for surface milling of steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel, cast irons and aluminum alloys.
The clamping system allows a quick and eays insert mounting and removal; the body is fitted with shims to protect it in case of insert breakage.

- VS 12 (clamp)
- CHT4 (screwdriver)
