APET
This insert fits into the 924 & 923 (APET 10), 920 & 921(APET 16) milling cutters. Its chipbreaker is suitable to work non ferrous material, expecially aluminum.
It can used for shoulder milling operations but you can recover the 2 unusued edges with our facing shell milling cutter 974(APET 1003) and 970(APET 16).
APET.VM is a medium chipbreaker with a polished surface. ECO LINE
APET is a medium chipbreaker too with a polished surface with diamond paste. It will permit to avoid better aluminum chip sticking.
