ZETA CUT
This innovative system allows a very high precision and stability during CUT-OFF AND GROOVING applications maintaining all fixed
dimensions while machining as well as changing the inserts.
The technological clamping and the sophisticated " V " insert's pocket design allows such applications that a typical adjustable blade could never
achieve: TURNING.
ZETA CUT blades mount TSN inserts; for any size of blade thickness corresponds a specific size of insert; for example ZETA CUT 3R fits TSN 3, or
TSX 3, OR TSR 3. There is an exception: ZETA CUT 5R and 5L can fit also the TSN 6.
To extract the insert you can use the VS 6 allen key to open the tool block and remove the blade.
In the correlation you can find the tool block (TBS) that it is only one that can fits the blade.
Notes: this product does not includes the allen key; also inserts are not included.
