Thank you for being a valued customer! Join our Loyalty Card Program and earn rewards for your purchases. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the program.

1. Program Overview

With every purchase made on our website, you’ll accumulate loyalty points that can be redeemed for gift cards toward future purchases. Points are awarded based on the net purchase amount (after discounts, taxes, and shipping). The program is available to customers in Illinois and throughout the United States.

2. How It Works

• Earning Points:
  1 (One) Loyalty Point will be awarded for each $1 (One U.S. Dollar) spent on net purchases.
• Shipping costs are not considered when calculating points accumulation.
• Points are awarded only after the invoice has been issued - not at the time of order confirmation as the invoice may differ from the order confirmation and it reflects the actual shipment of goods, which may vary from the original order due to stock availability .
• Tracking Your Points:
  Your points will be tracked through our website, and you can log in to your account at any time to view your points balance. However, the points displayed online are provisional and may not always reflect the final balance due to various factors affecting point accumulation, such as order modifications, cancellations, stock availability, and invoice adjustments. In case of any discrepancies, a final accounting and review of points will be conducted before they can be redeemed.
• Point Expiration:

Points will stop accruing on December 31, 2025, and cannot be carried over beyond the redemption period, which ends on January 31, 2026. Any remaining points will be reset to zero once they are redeemed for gift cards or when the redemption period has ended.

3. Gift Card Redemption

• Points earned can be redeemed for gift cards on purchases made before January 31, 2026. The gift card can be used as a discount on an order with a value greater than the gift card itself and cannot be combined with other promotions. Unused points or gift cards will expire at the end of January 2026.

• Gift Card Values:
• 5,000 points (equivalent to $5,000 in net purchases) → Gift card worth $100
• 10,000 points (equivalent to $10,000 in net purchases) → Gift card worth $250
• 15,000 points (equivalent to $15,000 in net purchases) → Gift card worth $450
• 20,000 points (equivalent to $20,000 in net purchases) → Gift card worth $700
• 25,000 points (equivalent to $25,000 in net purchases) → Gift card worth $1000
• Exclusions:
  Gift cards are only valid on purchases made on our website and cannot be used for telephone orders or orders placed through sales agents. Points are calculated based on the invoice issued after the order has been processed and fully paid.
• Before a gift card is awarded, Zenitools must verify that all previous invoices have been fully paid. Customers with overdue invoices will not receive a gift card until all outstanding payments have been settled.

4. Important Notes

• No Cash Value:
  Points cannot be converted to cash and cannot be used to pay outstanding invoices.
• Non-Transferable:
  Points and gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
• Refunds and Returns:
• General Returns:
  We do not accept returns on products purchased using gift cards or points. If a product purchased with points or a gift card is returned, no money or points will be refunded, and the original points used to obtain the gift card will not be reinstated.
• Defective Products:
  In case of defective products, confirmed by our Quality Control Department, we offer an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value. This exchange will be allowed only within 90 days from the date of purchase. No refunds, points reinstatement, or monetary compensation will be provided for returns.

5. Eligibility for Earning Points

Points are only accumulated for orders placed through our website and paid via credit card directly on the website or with NET 30 payment terms if the customer has been previously approved for credit.
Orders made by phone or through sales agents do not count toward point accumulation.

6. Program Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Loyalty Card Program at any time. In the event of program termination, any unused points or gift cards will be voided. We will provide reasonable notice to members if the program is terminated.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By participating in the Loyalty Card Program, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All personal data will be kept secure and used solely for the purposes of administering the program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. By participating in the Loyalty Card Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Any disputes related to the Loyalty Card Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your participation in the Loyalty Card Program or your use of the points or gift cards.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card Program at any time and the updated terms will be posted on our website.

11. Indemnification

By participating in the Loyalty Card Program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, and damages (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program or your violation of these terms.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or any other event of force majeure.
