LIMITATION OF FUNCTIONAL LIFESPAN
It is the user's responsibility to determine the products proper functional lifespan and to put out of service and rebuild or dispose of properly.
In no way shall Zenitools, Inc. be liable for damage to equipment, personal damages or death for products used past their functional lifespan.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

In no way will Zenitools, Inc. be held liable for any machine down time, damage or deaths deriving from a cutting tools wreckage or discharge. Tools are dangerous and can be unpredictable. Cutting tools can break and shatter. It is the users responsibility to determine correct and safe protection from said cutting tool. Body and eye protection, machine guarding, fire protection, and other important safeguards must always be used, maintained and tested.

RETURNS ITEMS
Zenitools does not accept returns. We can substitute items that the customer has deemed defective, only when our Technical Department verifies and confirms the same.
ORDER DISCREPANCY
Any order discrepancies, must be reported within 2 days after receipt of order.
UPS
Same Day Shipping - Orders placed online with UPS selected as the shipper prior to 4pm central standard time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will ship same day. From time to time, due to conditions beyond our control, your order may not ship same day even when placed prior to our 4pm cutoff time. Zenitools, Inc. has the right to delay your shipment as a result of any of these conditions. We offer you the option of using your own UPS Account for shipping. Your UPS Shipper Number can be registered during the Customer Account Registration or during the purchase checkout.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Zenitools, Inc. accepts all major credit cards as well as ACH Payments (bank to bank) via PayPal. Or if you have ordered from us previously, we will continue to extend the Net 30 payment and you can mail us your check, money order or cashier's check. New customers will need to pay for their first order using the PayPal choices at checkout.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
-To be eligible for an individual account on our website you must be at least 18 years of age.
-You may register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website.
-You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website.
-You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
You can't delete your personal account.
If you decide that you don't need your personal account anymore, we can deactivate it from our system.
Your transaction history will be collected into our archive.
