LIMITATION OF FUNCTIONAL LIFESPAN
The user assumes full responsibility for determining the functional lifespan of any purchased product and must remove from service, rebuild, or properly dispose of the product when necessary.
Zenitools USA, Inc. shall not be held liable for equipment damage, personal injuries, or fatalities resulting from the use of its products.
Users must adhere to all applicable safety guidelines, industry standards, and manufacturer recommendations when using any product sold by Zenitools USA, Inc.
JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Illinois.
Any personal information submitted through this website shall be governed by U.S. laws and not those of any jurisdiction outside the United States.
CUTTING TOOLS DISCLAIMER
Zenitools USA, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any machine downtime, damages, injuries, or fatalities resulting from the failure or discharge of cutting tools. Users acknowledge that cutting tools are inherently hazardous and can fail unpredictably.

Zenitools USA, Inc. does not provide technical advice. All product purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
RETURNS POLICY
Zenitools USA, Inc. does not accept returns. The only exception applies to defective items, which may be substituted after verification and approval by Zenitools USA, Inc.’s Technical Department.
ORDER DISCREPANCY
Any discrepancies in orders must be reported within two (2) business days of receipt. Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the order as received.
SHIPPING POLICY
UPS Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed online with UPS selected as the shipping method before 4:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. However, Zenitools USA, Inc. reserves the right to delay shipments due to conditions beyond its control.
Customers may opt to use their own UPS account for shipping. Your UPS shipper account number must be registered during account creation or at checkout.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Zenitools USA, Inc. accepts all major credit cards and ACH (bank-to-bank) payments. Existing customers with a positive payment history may qualify for Net 30 payment terms.
First-time customers must complete their initial purchase using credit card payment at checkout.
